How to convert General Electric time series to Analyze format

Indications:

You acquired data on a Signa 5.x system, extracted the data with ximg and wish to analyze them using the Brain Mapping Tools.

What to do:

> GEFunc2Analyze outputBaseName ExxxxxSyyy*.MR

where outputBaseName is the desired base name for your output images (which will be converted to 'Analyze' format) and ExxxxxSyyy*.MR is a wild card match to the Signa images.

The program will calculate the number of time points based on the number of files and the header info for the first image. It will not behave properly if the wild card matches more then one series.
