Ghost tuning of Human Heads
- Shim until you are satisfied. At present, we are achvieving shims of less than 20 Hz.
- Set up image acquisition (saved as protocol #13: human-ghost-tune)
- scan parameters (as saved) should be as follows:

- From the Options Menu on apd2 - Enable Save Raw Data
- Prescan, scan setup, and scan
- Wait until the image is reconstructed
- Utilities Menu -> Autotuning
- Position ROIs (boxs) where ghosts are maximal, making the ROIs as symmetric as possible (but be careful NOT to include any signal from the head in your 'ghost' region-of-interest)
- ...(but not required to be completely symmetric)
- ...Click on each square and move w/ middle mouse button.
- Click on proceed
- Hit accept
- Go back to options data, and turn save raw data off.
- Go back to options data AGAIN, and be sure that raw data is off.
