How to reverse the slice order in a volume scan

Symptoms:

You are using a program, such as fsl, that expects to find the images arranged in a specific anatomical order (such as inferior to superior), but the slices were acquired in the opposite order (e.g., superior to inferior).

What to do:

Type:
> ReverseOrder -i InputFile.ext -o OutputFile.ext

or:

ReverseOrder reverses the slice location order for each time point in a time series.

The source is now available for ReverseOrder.c
