This section is for the entry of simple demographic data on the subjects or patients, an for the logging of HSPC information. The latter will probably be the most valuable. Each time the tools is used, it can generate a new HSPC sequence number. This number is to be transferred manualy to the HSPC form for the subject's signature. With this, we will be able to assay the number of subject's scanned on any particular protocol. All known protocols will be selectable from a scrolling list, as in the top section for billing protocols.
You can use the Safety Screen link to view (and save) a basic MR safety screening form. The Handedness Inventory link sets up an Edinburgh Handedness inventory and scores it for you. At the moment, the Behavioral Screen button doesn't do much.
