Other than entering the scanner use logs, the system is voluntary. I will always be interested to hear if you have ideas that can help make it more useful.
To initiate a scan, you must enter in:After logging in, press the 'Save Form Data' button to start your scanning session. You will then be given an opportunity to confirm the data entries.
When you have confirmed your entries, you will be shown a blank notes page that can be used for saving your experimental notes as you work. This will be sent to you by e-mail.
After your scanning session is completed, press the button labeled 'End MR Study'. This will indicate the end of your scan slot for record keeping. In the event that you forget to press the 'End MR Study' button, your scan session will automatically terminate after the period indicated by your entry into the PLANNED SCANNER USE selection. Only users with identfied passwords will be able to bill scans against your accounts. In the event that you forget your password, please select OTHER for billing and send a note to indicate the error.
